Day 327 – let’s eat cake!

Yesterday in the office……. so nice that Bernadette cooks Italian, as well as learns to speak it on Monday nights!

Torta di ricotta e cioccolato


  • 4 eggs
  • 500g ricotta
  • 100 g chocolate pearls
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 150g sugar
  • Zest of 1 lime


  • Beat  the egg whites to foam
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients
  • Carefully add the egg whites
  • Put baking paper in a cake tin and put in a preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes at 180°

This is such a super easy and mega-delicious recipe, it’s going to be added to my regular repertoire in the kitchen.  Thanks Bernadette, for the recipe!
