(Diet) Day 36 – Soup for lunch and some of the Soup Swop recipes!

The great thing about a soup swop is that you get up the next morning and open your fridge to containers of yummy soup. The kids groaned at the thought of numerous liquid lunches looming ahead, and suggested next time, it should be a pizza swop or a cup cake swop!
But in the end, the lunchtime menu of Sjef’s favourite pumpkin soup, Helen’s Lentil and Coconut Soup, and my Broccoli and Gorgonzola Soup, won them over. Our son even voted Helen’s as the top rated, more on his blog later no doubt! A very good show for Helen’s first ever attempt at making soup.
So here we go with the soup labels, and recipe cards, more to follow tomorrow, after lunch!!

Looks like I have to spend some time in the kitchen…
And: “more on his blog later no doubt!”? Does my nephew have a blog? Could you send me the address then? (Through email.)
